Will not incurr any further liability other than the registration fee. It may be that perhaps a small fee or donation may be asked for to further assist the running costs. At this stage it appears unlikely but if it was requested it is expected that the sum would not exceed $100.00.If necessary we would form a limited liabilty company then the onus would be on the Directors not on the shareholders and only limited to the companies assets. This statement is made in good faith and the known situation at this time. Progress is being made and a update will be made to everybody concerned as info comes to hand.
